These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Cincinnati Podcast Studio LLC (“Cincinnati Podcast Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website https://cincinnatipodcaststudio.com and the services we offer through it.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using our website, contacting us, booking a call or session, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you use the site or services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Our services
Cincinnati Podcast Studio provides video podcast production, studio rental, short-form video, webinars, course creation, consulting, and related creative services. Descriptions of our services on the website are for general information.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quote, order form, or written agreement. If that signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Bookings, payments & cancellations
You may request calls, sessions, or services through our website. A booking is not confirmed until we accept it and any required deposit or payment is received.
- Payment. Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are as stated in your proposal, quote, or invoice. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, and by paying you also agree to that processor’s terms.
- Cancellations & rescheduling. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for studio sessions and projects are as stated in your booking confirmation or project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable where stated.
- Late payment. Overdue balances may pause or suspend work and delivery of final materials.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, and to correct any pricing or description errors, at any time.
Communications consent
When you provide your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, booking, or project. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send promotional emails and text messages. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Cincinnati Podcast Studio name and marks, layout, and design, are owned by or licensed to Cincinnati Podcast Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the website.
Ownership of, and license to, the finished production work we create for a client is governed by that client’s separate project agreement.
Your content
When you send us materials, information, or content, such as project details, recordings, logos, or brand assets, you represent that you have the rights to share them and to let us use them to perform the services you requested. You grant us the right to use those materials as needed to deliver your project. With your permission, we may also display finished work and mention your brand as part of our portfolio and marketing.
Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to:

Limitation of liability

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the matter informally, in good faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
