Brian Erickson
With 13 years of video production experience, Brian has traveled the world creating content for everything from multi-billion dollar organizations to small mom-and-pop businesses. He spent years as Technical Director for a large Cincinnati-based church, then founded his own video agency, Renegade Reels, before co-founding CPS.
Brian is married to Heidi and has two fantastic kids. When he's not in the studio, you'll find him binge-watching his favorite shows and lounging in his $25 inflatable pool. He used to be in a band that only knew one song — and didn't play it all that well.
Josh Lewis
Creating understanding and provoking action has always driven Josh. From producing explainer videos for Google, to serving as Director of Communications at a multi-site church in Northern Kentucky, Josh has 15+ years of using video to connect humans with other humans. He founded Devising Good to help mission-driven organizations through creative facilitation and impactful content.
Josh and his wife Laura were blessed by the adoption of their daughter and love spending time together. A California native, Liverpool & FC Cincinnati supporter, e-bike cyclist, hip-hop fan, and coffee/bourbon enthusiast — he's also performed "Bye Bye Bye" karaoke-style in two different countries.
